Account & Data Deletion

TalkTrade does not require user accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or cloud-based account associated with the app. All your data is stored locally on your device.
What data does TalkTrade store?
TalkTrade stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Business profile — your business name, ABN, contact name, email, and phone number
- App preferences — your chosen PDF style and other settings
We do not store voice recordings, transcripts, quotes, or any personal data on our servers. Transcripts are processed in real time by our AI service and are not retained after your quote is generated.
How to delete your data
Since all data is stored on your device, you have full control over it. To delete your data:
- Clear your business profile: Open TalkTrade, go to your Profile, and clear or edit any fields you wish to remove.
- Clear app data: Go to your device's Settings > Apps > TalkTrade > Storage > Clear Data. This removes all locally stored information.
- Uninstall the app: Uninstalling TalkTrade automatically deletes all app data from your device, including your business profile and preferences.
Because we do not maintain user accounts or store data on our servers, there is no server-side data to delete. The actions above will completely remove all TalkTrade data from your device.
